Kings Theatre

Congregation Beth Elohim, a 1910 construction, capable of seating 1500, presented signs of plaster failure - this phenomenon was evident in the ceiling and adjacent ornaments and/or friezes.

HPCS USA, contacted after a fairly sizeable catastrophic failure (approx. 100 sq. feet), assessed the conditions and found the widespread deterioration that urgently needed to stabilization. Ten thousand square feet of plaster on wood lath was stabilized with HPCS’s proprietary plaster consolidant. Furthermore, in areas where lugs and keys were missing, they were replaced with another exclusive product: AD-Premixed.
